Our Story

Bajwadi Ba Peu Pty(Ltd) was established in 2017, the organisation is driven by passion and willingness to be a sole solution provider to its clients. It is a level 1 BBBEE company with full compliance documents. We have a workforce with engineering skills we specialise in the areas of mechanical, electrical, electronics works, drawings and designs. We have hands on combined experience surpassing a quarter of a century.

We offer technical support and maintenance on continuous process and package plant systems involving manufacturing & supply of engineering parts and technical services to big processing plant, mining, sewage and water reticulation.

We pride ourselves in excelling in maintenance of engineering process and mining plants, machining of parts and spares by the use of CNC machines, supply of drives, motors, conveyor maintenance, pumps, gearboxes and valves, welding and fabrication works. We intend to provide quality work, putting our customers first and help in minimising manufacturing and production plants down time at all times.

Kgorutlhe Maakamedi Mechanical Diploma: Head of Development

Since obtaining his engineering qualification in 2001, Mr. Maakamedi has worked in the steel and glass manufacturing companies, processing plants, mining and water treatment plants and consulting in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering. He has obtained dynamic experience in his early career working for and with, local and international companies such as Impala Mine, ISCOR Pretoria Works, Highveld Steel, Johson Matthey and Consol Glass He has been involved in the initiation, maintenance, development and commissioning of projects of varying size, in South Africa. He is a founding director of the company and is extensively involved in Business Development as well as implementation management. Mr Maakamedi is also an avid farmer and beekeeper, who finds a great joy in transferring the skill through youth empowerment projects.

EQUITY OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

The organisation has the majority ownership in the hands of black people. The board of the organisation comprise directors and associate directors.

PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

The organisation continually forms mutually beneficial alliances and associations with similar small companies, with a view of creating critical mass, skills sharing and expertise amongst the small entities. Further, other support services and suppliers are procured predominantly from upcoming enterprises.

CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

As part of the broader social responsibility, the company is committed to affirm people in all spheres. Over and above what our organisation has committed in our CSI, we have established a non profit organisation Bajwadi group which has a great interest in youth development through sports particular basketball, we also believe" if you can't mine it, you should be able to grow it" food insecurity in South Africa is an area we work passionately in, transferring a agricultural skill, crop farming and poultry. A philosophy that applies in and out of the company and extends to recruitment, education, career development as well as capacity building in the broader community. The company has undertaken "Pro Deo" work for several disadvantaged communities and organisation. A new initiative is a commitment to the adoption of high school students for limited period with a view of exposing them to real engineering.
